Getting started as a real estate investor can be overwhelming. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive about our program. 

What sets RealPropPro.com (“RPP”) apart from other platforms?
  • RPP offers you all the Nationwide property data that you will ever need. This data is provided to you via our proprietary software DigiMap. With DigiMap you can search for various Nationwide properties via various filters. The DigiMap filter system offers various filters to help you find the property that you want. 
  • We place emphasis on teaching you ways to profit from alternative investments. We offer multistate aggregated tax lien and tax deed auction information. We also offer access to “County Held” tax liens and tax deed information. These investments allow a low threshold entry point for investors. And we want to help you avoid competition.
  • We place heavy emphasis on training and education. We ensure that you know how to use the platform, but we also want to ensure that you are properly trained and can profit from the data. Moreover we want to ensure that you have investment strategies that make you money. Regardless of your experience level, we have something for you. We start you off with bite-sized training so ensure that you’re not overwhelmed.
  • Our Marketplace offers hundreds of off-market properties. The Marketplace is always being updated with new properties. These properties are deeply discounted and for our students and subscribers.
  • We also offer coaching from experts in their respected field. From an absolute beginner to the novice, to the most seasoned pro, we have something for everyone.

  • DigiMap is our proprietary software that sources Nationwide aggregated property data. DigiMap is powered by the MLS. It enables users to vet any property, or search for properties from coast-to-coast.
  • The filters inside DigiMap help you refine your property search. By example, you can search over 350 property types under the “Property Type” filter.
  • DigiScout is an amazingly powerful proprietary scouting tool. DigiScout can be shared with your Scouts and other with third-parties. The Scouts and third-parties do not need a subscription. 
  • Once you create a property list, you can export that list, in part in whole via a DigiScout URL link. That link can then be shared with your Scout/s; or your contractor/s; home inspector/s; or whomever you need to have visit the properties in the list.
  • Upon visiting the subject property, the list can then be updated with various data and photos as part of the due diligence process.
  • Our Marketplace is Off-Market properties that did not “redeem” after a lien was purchased. We work with various investors that invest in tax liens and tax deeds. When a property does not redeem, it can be foreclosed upon.
  • We offer the properties in the Marketplace to help disposition properties to other investors. These properties are often distressed. The property can be sold as an Off-Market wholesale deal, or rehabbed and sold, or held in a rental portfolio. We show you ways to start profiting from the Marketplace with various strategies.
  • Access to the Marketplace is available with all subscription plans. You must have a subscription to purchase in the Marketplace, viz., we do not sell property when in a “trial” period on the platform.
  • All subscription plans include 2-for-1 login, so two users can use the RPP platform simultaneously. This works great for investors with assistants, investors being couched, or for business partners, and with couples alike.  
  • All subscription plans have unlimited property searches. And our data is powered by the MLS. And all subscription plans have skip tracing allotments to help you locate property owners.
  • All subscription plans also allow full access to the Marketplace and hundreds of Off-Market properties.
  • We also include multistate tax lien and tax deed data. Every subscription plan has a Multistate Auction Calendar. We also include multistate foreclosure data, without any up-charge, unlike our competition.
  • Unlimited property lists and again unlike our competition we allow unlimited uploads and downloads. We include a Property Portfolio Manager to help you track your investments and your properties.   
  • We simply offer so much more than just data. And with the annual plans we increase the training, values, and benefits.  
  • Absolutely! We are constantly offering special promos subscriptions and fire sales on properties.

  • When property taxes are considered delinquent, local governments attempt to collect the unpaid amounts from the property owner. After notice is given to the property owner of the delinquency, local governments have the power to place a lien against the unpaid property taxes. That lien is then sold typically at an auction, or over the counter (“County Held”.) Interest rates vary greatly from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, but typically range from 12% to 22%, and as high as 36%.
  • The lien is backed by the local government, and if the lien doesn’t “redeem” then the investor can foreclose on the property. 
  • Tax liens are similar to tax deeds but have some notable differences. As stated above, tax liens are a legal claim against the property when the taxes are not paid. Tax liens provide a relatively inexpensive investment for investors with a guaranteed return, whereas tax deeds transfer ownership of the property itself to a new party.
  • Yes. We align you with various funding sources that are eager to fund your transactions. However, we do not offer our own funding on properties.  

Yes. We offer funding for subscriptions through Flexxbuy. And depending on the circumstances, we may be able to fund your subscription. Terms apply.  

  • Absolutely. Most of our coaches and mentors have more than 20 years experience. The Principal has 30+ years.
  • Our premium subscriptions include coaching and mentoring in them but, if not you can purchase time with your preferred coach. 
  • No, but we strongly advise it. You have full access to our platform as a subscriber or student and can go about it alone. But having a Coach or Mentor with years of experience will help avoid dangerous and costly mistakes. Additionally Coaches and Mentors can help you with acquisition strategies and exit strategies. 
  • Having a coach or mentor can greatly accelerate the learning process and can provide crucial shortcuts to make money quicker, and accelerate your journey!
