What is the Premium ProPath?
The ProPath is our exclusive program that rewards you month-after-month with credit you can use to move up to our premium plans, Master or Inclusive, when you’re ready.
- Every dollar you spend on Core or Pro+ (up to 12 months) becomes a credit for a RPP Premium Plan;
- You can apply your credit anytime, even after 12 months, noting that credit caps at 12 months.;
- You can even use your ProPath credit alongside other discounts, flash sales, or seasonal offers for maximum savings;
- Credit cannot be used to move between Core and Pro+, it’s strictly for upgrading to a RPP Premium Plan.

What are the FlexxBuy terms?
Flexxbuy has multiple lenders and offers various terms depending on the credit profile. They offer financing solutions to help arranging funding for our annual subscriptions. And it is a “soft credit pull” so you can see the offers and it does not hurt your credit score. You can lean more and apply here.
Is it truly "unlimited" uploads and downloads?
Yes. It is truly unlimited uploads and downloads. While other site limit your ability to upload and download, we don’t. Unlimited uploads. Unlimited downloads.
How long will it take before I can start making money?
If you are an absolute beginner we will show you low threshold ways to monetize the platform after you’re onboarded and have started your training. We want to ensure that you are comfortable and confident as you start making deals. For more advanced subscribers there are several ways to use the platform and monetize immediately.
How much is skiptracing if I need more?
Skip tracing is the process of gathering the owner contact info. You’ll have a bundle included with your package, but if you need more, it’s less than .12 cents for each property.
How soon can I get started?
Upon signing-up or taking a test drive you’ll have immediate access to the site and can get started right away. Noting that you must be a paid subscriber to purchase off-market properties from our Marketplace.
What kind of training is available?
We offer training at three different levels. The beginner level, the novice level, and at the professional level. Each level of training has various methods of acquiring property and dispositioning property. If you’re just starting out we encourage you to learn as much as you can.
What is your cancellation policy?
Before you cancel, please reach out to us. Our goal is to ensure a great experience and that you are able to increase your knowledge base. We also want to ensure that you are able to grow your investment business and profits. We are here to help ensure that happens.
Is support available?
Absolutely. Depending on your subscription plan, various levels of support are available. We also have seasoned pros that are ready to coach you. And we also offer back office support for our Marketplace.
