Closer Partner Agreement

Please take a minute and read through the Closer Partner Agreement in its entirety. Also be sure to save of copy of this agreement for you records. After you have read the agreement please return to the on-boarding page and fill-out the short form application. As stated in the Agreement below, by proceeding with the short form application you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

Please pay close attention to the following sections:

  • Section 3 (Commissions): Outlines your compensation structure. Full commission details are provided in Schedule A at the end of the Agreement.
  • Section 6 (Restricted Activities): Defines prohibited conduct and acceptable use of company resources.

It is your responsibility to fully review and understand these provisions prior to proceeding.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE CLOSER AGREEMENT

This Agreement is a legally binding agreement. Please review it and read it carefully before proceeding. 

You will be asked to you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read this Agreement in its entirety
  • You understand all terms, including compensation and responsibilities
  • You have had the opportunity to ask questions or seek clarification
  • You agree to be legally bound by this Agreement

Failure to read this Agreement does not relieve you of your obligations.
